Helping you find the right voice for the moments that matter

Quaynote Speakers was founded by Rich Leigh - communications professional, best-selling author, exited agency founder, podcaster, and long-time believer in the power of a brilliant story well told.

After nearly two decades in public relations, working with global brands, fast-growing startups and extraordinary individuals, Rich saw the same truth over and over again:

A single keynote can shift a culture.
A shared story can unlock a team.
A moment on stage can spark possibility.

But finding the right speaker — someone with genuine substance, presence and relevance — takes time, care and understanding.

That’s why Quaynote Speakers exists.

Facts and figures don’t change minds. Stories do.

The Quaynote Promise

Together with a small but experienced team of booking specialists, Quaynote Speakers was created with a simple purpose:

To make it easier for organisations to find exceptional speakers who make a real difference.

We bring together handpicked keynote speakers, motivational storytellers, workshop facilitators, after-dinner entertainers and incredible award hosts - people who know how to hold a room and leave audiences changed for the better.

Whether you know exactly who you want or you’re starting with a blank page, we help you navigate the landscape and find the perfect fit.

If we don’t have the right speaker for you,
we’ll find them.

Rich Leigh spent nearly 20 years advising leaders on communication, storytelling and reputation - including founding, scaling and selling a successful PR agency.

He’s the bestselling author of Myths of PR, host of the popular Project Possible interview podcast, and a speaker himself.

Quaynote Speakers brings together all of that experience - working with talent, shaping messages, understanding audiences, managing events and supporting high-profile individuals - into a service designed to make your life easier.

Built on experience. Driven by purpose.

More than a speaker agency.

You can make a difference by simply working with us.

After losing his brother Jordan to suicide in February 2025 aged just 27, Quayside founder Rich wanted to build something meaningful; something rooted in optimism, community and possibility.

The name Quaynote reflects both Gloucester Quays - where Jordan worked and where the company is based - and the idea of a keynote guiding people on their journey.

The star inside the Q compass logo is a nod to Jordan, and to the message in Linkin Park’s One More Light: In a sky of a million stars, every light matters.

The JJ7 Fund is named in memory of Jordan Jacob Smith and the position he played in rugby.

5% of agency profit and all other money raised each year will go into the Fund, and towards supporting James Place and Samaritans, two incredible charities dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health support.
